It left Facebook facing many disgruntled shareholders and dozens of lawsuits. But what was the reasoning behind such a massive IPO failure? Professor of Finance, Meziane Lasfer reveals the six definitive reasons to why Facebook's IPO failed including investor trading and the role of investment banks.
